Position Overview


  • We are seeking a Social Media Manager with strong video and audio editing skills to lead content creation and growth across all Ojemdo LLC platforms.
  • The goal is to increase engagement, followers, subscribers, and traffic — with special emphasis on expanding our YouTube audience and Spotify podcast listenership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Ojemdo LLC’s presence on YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, and Spotify Podcasts.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality videos, reels, shorts, and podcast clips.
  • Post consistently - at least once daily across all active platforms.
  • Develop creative strategies to boost engagement and drive audience growth.
  • Track performance analytics and recommend improvements to meet monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing social-media accounts (especially YouTube and TikTok).
  • Excellent video and audio editing skills for short-form content.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian and African culture, trends, and audiences.
  • Ability to plan, produce, and post engaging multimedia content independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and commitment to daily posting schedule.

Compensation and Terms

  • N90,000 – N140,000 monthly (based on experience and results).
  • Performance-based bonus for achieving at least 15% organic monthly growth.
  • Fully remote opportunity.
  • Initial 3-month contract with possible long-term renewal based on performance.
