Job Position: Social Media Manager

Position Summary

• We are looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to lead our digital strategy across social platforms.
• You will be responsible for boosting brand awareness, engaging our community around our products, and actively contributing to customer acquisition and retention through innovative, impactful content tied to the country’s sports and social trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the social media content strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conceptualize, produce, and publish engaging content (copy, visuals, videos, stories, livestreams, etc.).
• Manage the editorial calendar aligned with key sports events and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, ambassadors, partners, and digital media.
• Monitor, moderate, and animate the community daily (DMs, comments, etc.).
• Drive organic growth and increase content virality.
• Analyze performance using reporting tools (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions). Maintain ongoing market watch on digital trends, competitors, user behaviors, and innovations in the industry.

Requirement
Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in entertainment, sports, or online gaming.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Creative, autonomous, and proactive. We want someone who brings bold ideas to the table.
• Passionate about sports, sports betting, and the digital world.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of a local language or another international language is a plus).
