Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with RabloWoods' brand and business objectives.
• Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring timely responses and fostering a positive online community.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to optimize RabloWoods' digital presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the professional services industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
