Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Okota, Lagos

Job Description

• Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Creating engaging content (both visual and written) are essential, including copywriting, photography, and videography.
• Track KPIs like engagement, reach, conversions, and prepare reports to optimize strategies.
• Managing customer interactions, moderating comments, and handling feedback.
• Handling crises or responding to negative feedback calmly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitors to keep the brand relevant.
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community relationships.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is often preferred.
• Prior experience in social media marketing, or a related field is often required.
• Female Not older than 28 years.

Skills:

• A creative mindset to develop unique and engaging content and campaign ideas.
• Familiarity with design software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their specific audience, algorithms, and best practices.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights, or paid tools like Sprout Social) to track metrics and measure performance.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple social media campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey the brand voice and interact with the audience.
