Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us maintain a positive and engaging community for our clients.
• As a Social Media Specialist for OnlyFans profiles at BH Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining communication and interactions with subscribers and fans on our clients’ profiles.
• You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment, as well as facilitating engaging conversations with subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage chat conversations on OnlyFans profiles to ensure they adhere to community guidelines and terms of service.
• Engage with subscribers and fans in a professional and friendly manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Provide guidance and support to content creators on effective communication strategies.
• Collaborate with the content creators to enhance subscriber engagement and satisfaction.
• Respond to subscriber inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and effectively.
• Assist content creators in managing their messaging preferences and interactions.
• Handle any escalated issues and reports in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to chat interactions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions.
• Knowledge of OnlyFans platform and content creation industry (preferred but not required).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for managing online communications i.e. Microsoft applications.

Remuneration

• Salary: USD660 - USD940 Monthly (Competitive salary).
