Job Position: Solar Project Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary


  • The Project Management team sits within the User Services unit of SunFi. Its purpose is to ensure that our consumers receive a great energy experience by having their systems installed on time and in full.
  • Beginning after payment is made by the consumer, the goal of the Project Management Associate is to plan the installation and ensure our technical partners complete the installation project on time and in full.
  • Thus, Project Management Associate is responsible for supporting the project cycle from project initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule installation projects and ensure that required components are in place for all installation projects (Project planning, logistics, and scheduling).
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure prompt order, purchase, and delivery of components; includes keeping up-to-date information for use by the DEP and Consumer Success team; manage technical partner engagement for warranty issues.
  • Document and reconcile inventory of all items used for installation of projects; maintain re-order level as required.
  • Review Installation Close-out Reports; notify appropriate stakeholders of incomplete data.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND holder preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Certification in Project Management
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management (particularly in Installation projects)
  • Ability to speak and write English language effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills developed by working in a similar or relevant role
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Good usage of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use Google suites

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
