Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and organized Store Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our store/stock.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage inventory levels by tracking, recording, and reconciling stock in and out.
  • Supervise loading and offloading of items, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date stock records.
  • Monitor store security, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement and store performance.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Train and supervise store staff (if applicable).
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Inventory Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
