Fusion Group - Our client, a Real Estate development firm, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Store Manager
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and procedures for the smooth operation of the Store
• Ensure that the tools, equipment, and several other materials that are used in the construction project are available, secure, well-maintained, and well-managed.
• Manage stocktaking of materials in store properly and tagging for easy traceability
• Check inventory records for accuracy
• Keep records of items received or transferred to the site
• Effectively maintain the construction site store’s inventory which may involve executing tasks such as monitoring inventory counts, and ensuring that they are accurate and always remains adequately stocked.
• Maintain receipts/issues with and inventory with minimum stock tracking
• Prepare GRN, inspection reports of incoming materials
• Prepare a monthly stock statement
• Manage reconciliation of materials with respect to receipt/issuance
• Prepare quality reports of the materials
• Find, sort or move goods required for any project
• Compile reports on various aspects of inventory of any project
• Record the store materials receipts and consumption on a daily basis
• Conduct general supervision on-site regarding material wastage and proper use of material.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an  HND / BSc Degree
• 5 -7 years of work experience.

• Strong multitasking skills
• Good time management skills.
