Welcome to Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a modern styled hotel chain with numerous locations in Lagos in close proximity to the Muritala Muhammed Airport (LOS) and Abuja available lodgings placed in the heart of Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, Agege and Jabi metropolis.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Store Officer
Job Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of all items, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
• Receiving and Dispatching: Overseeing the receipt of incoming goods, inspecting for quality and accuracy, and managing the distribution of items to users or customers.
• Storage and Handling: Ensuring proper storage and handling of all items to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and stock levels.
• Stock Audits: Conducting regular physical inventory counts and reconciling them with recorded data.
• Order Processing: Receiving and processing purchase requisitions, preparing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of items.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant data.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with accounting background.
