We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Systems Support Engineer

Job Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Contract

The Position

• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding on Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Possibly training more junior staff members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (or Equivalent) in Computer Science / Engineer or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in I.T industry.
