Job Summary

• As a Sales Trainee, you will engage with customers via phone, promote products, handle inquiries, and support the sales team in meeting business targets.
• This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and fintech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services.
• Maintain a solid understanding of company offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies.
• Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Candidates should posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of post-NYSC experience.
• Ability to prepare and implement weekly sales plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
