We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Technical Assistant
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technical assistance to the CEO and to other Senior Engineers.
• Assist in handling technical customer issues.
• Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.
• Assist and support in repairing electronic items.
• Perform tests and repairs on electronic items, equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical services to customers on time.
• Collect payments from customers for technical services provided.
• Keep abreast of the technical developments to provide excellent service to customers.
• Adhere to corporate service standards in technical assistant functions.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Available to work on weekends
