Job Position: Technical Executive

Job Location: Lagos

Summary

• We are seeking a female Technical Executive with a strong background in Medical Laboratory Science to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will provide technical support to both internal teams and customers, ensuring product quality and compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Verify that all products perform according to the manufacturer’s claims (Quality Control).
• Assist the Technical Manager in maintaining the complaints log.
• Provide technical support to customers and the sales/marketing team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Record and document all returned products appropriately.
• Document all issues and their corresponding solutions.
• Conduct timely field visits to clients using company products.
• Participate in internal and external product testing.
• Follow up with clients to ensure proper and timely quality control procedures are followed.
• Technical trainings and retraining internal and external customers
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (B.MLS)
• Cognate work experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & ERP solution
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
