Job Position: Technical Support Executive
Job Location: Nigeria

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information & Communication Technology.
• CPN, CISCO,ITL Certifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar capacity which should include experience in handling the following tasks:
  • Project management
  • Presales and Research & Development
  • Technical Proposal / business case development – Solution Architecturing
  • Network administration
  • Customer support
  • Application support: Account, Mail and other application support
  • Proficient with Visio
