Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team, with a focus on online audience engagement and lead generation via social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate will use telemarketing and digital communication strategies to build relationships, promote our brand, and convert interactions into actionable leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with followers and potential clients on social media platforms in a persuasive and professional manner
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries to drive interest and conversions
• Create and share engaging content that aligns with marketing goals
• Monitor social media performance and track engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to convert social interactions into leads
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and engagement outcomes
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and writing skills
• Experience in social media management or digital engagement preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
