Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent Ticketing Officer to join our team in Abuja. As a Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for issuing parking tickets to vehicles that have violated parking regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong sense of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Issue parking tickets to vehicles in accordance with parking regulations
• Patrol designated areas to identify vehicles in violation of parking regulations
• Write and issue tickets to vehicle owners
• Maintain accurate records of tickets issued
• Provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND in any field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
