Job Position: Trainer - Graduate Trainee

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

• We are recruiting skilled, focused passionate and teachable fresh graduates with a good flair for ICT and Training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing training on cyber skills.
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Conduct training through new materials.
• Add any other related duties.

Qualifications

• Possess a B.Ed / NCE / HND / B.Sc. in Social Work or related field.
• Must have not more than 0 - 1 year’ experience.
• Research and Presentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suites
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Applicant must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate immediately.
