We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: UX / Content Writer
Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative UX/Content Writer to create engaging, user-centered content that enhances the overall user experience across our digital platforms. 
• The idea role holder will leverage his/her expertise in storytelling and user research to ensure that all written materials are informative, compelling, and accessible.

What You’ll Do

• Craft clear, engaging content for our platform, website, FAQs, help articles, and social media.
• Translate complex product features into simple, user-friendly language.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to enhance the user experience.
• Create SEO-optimized, brand-consistent content that drives growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Technical Writer (fintech experience is a plus!)
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience working with design/product teams, and a portfolio showcasing your work.
