Hencmoss Concepts - Our client whose head office is located in Owerri, Imo state is recruiting qualified personnel to join its team in the capacity below:

Job Position: Waiter
Job Location: Owerri, Imo
Supervisor: Managing Director

Job Description

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Inform customer about the day's special
• Offer menu recommendation upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Prepare tables by sending up lines, silverware and glasses

Requirements
Education:

• At least SSCE, food training is a plus

Experience:

• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
• Basic Maths skill
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Hands on experience with cash register and ordering information system (eg Revel POS or Toast POS)
