Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.
• As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse.
• Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a team will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized and productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and software to streamline operations and enhance inventory accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse efficiency by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses, such as labor costs, equipment maintenance, and supplies, to meet budgetary goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and perform inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination of warehouse activities and timely order fulfillment.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
