Job Position: Warehouse Officer

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Officer to join our team.
• The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of items received.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve issues.

Requirements

• B.Sc in a related course.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, with knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
