Efficacy Construction Company is a Lagos Nigerian-based Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Company that specializes in all Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Account Officer will work in a construction company and visit sites in order to reconcile all accounts.

Other Duties Include but not Limited to the Following:

• Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
• Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
• Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
• Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
• Utilize database software to organize financial account information
• Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
• Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
• Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience required.
