Client Service Executive

Pivotage Consulting - Our Client, an award winning brand and advertising agency, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Service Executive
ID: BAC/0817/CSE
Job Location: Lagos

Overall Function
You will be responsible for:

1. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both.
2. Ensuring that communication flows effectively.
3. Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns.
4. Undertaking administration tasks.
5. Arranging and attending meetings.
6. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
7. Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements.
8. Devising advertising campaigns that meets client's brief and budget
9. Working with the client service manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.

Job Requirements
A suitable candidate must:

Be willing to learn

Have a minimum of BSc or HND in any field

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Have influencing and negotiation skills
