Farm Manager Job in Reputable Company

We are a steadily growing indigenous group of companies with diverse interest in chemical marketing, manufacturing, agric business, etc. with head-office in Lagos State, but network of market presence in the Northern, Eastern and Western parts of the country.

To expand our business, we require experienced, resourceful and self-motivated personnel to fill the vacant position below:

Job Position: Farm Manager

Job Location: Any City, Nigeria

Key Job Specs
The ideal candidate must be sufficiently exposed to:

• Plan and co-ordinate farm activities such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, product grading, record keeping etc.
• Liaise with farmers or independent owners for raising of crops or for management of crop production.
• Co-ordinate growing activities with other units, i.e. engineering, equipment maintenance, packing houses, etc.
• Relate with purchasers and arrange for sales of crops, etc.
• Be a person of integrity.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc Agric (Crop Sciences).
• Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in farm management.
• Age: 40-45 years
