Position Overview

• We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations within CITIspeed Holdings.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of farm operations, including crop production, livestock management, and agricultural sustainability initiatives.
• This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success and growth of CITIspeed Holdings' agricultural division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for farm operations to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to crop cultivation, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence for the farm operations, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards related to agricultural operations.
• Manage livestock operations, including feeding, breeding, health monitoring, and inventory management.
• Implement and maintain agricultural best practices to ensure sustainable farming methods and environmental stewardship.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and procurement to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide leadership and guidance to farm staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in farm management, with a strong background in crop production and/or livestock management.
• Knowledge of agricultural best practices, sustainable farming methods, and environmental conservation principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage resources, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in farm management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
