We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Officer

Job Location: Oregun - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate daily data posting
• Stock control (checking physical vs registered)
• Prepare and review tax-related reports
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly financial reports and budgets and stick to schedules
• Follow up on receivables with the clients’ payments and sales team
• Maintaining company financial records and filing system
• Adhere to company’s rules and regulations on expenditure
• Banks, suppliers and client’s reconciliation
• Check modifications and adjustments done and report any fraud
• Review Assets’ value and depreciation postings.

Key Attributes / Qualifications of Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Minimum of 1 year post NYSC work experience
• Excellent comprehension of accounting system
• Hard-working, multi-task, and work under pressure
• Self-determined and confident of his/her capabilities and take the initiative
• Smart, quick learner and problem solver
• Attentive to details
• Proficient use of excel software in addition to Sage accounting software.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
