Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our growing team! If you have a passion for numbers, strong attention to detail, and experience managing financial reports, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Utilize Excel and Sage accounting software to maintain financial data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support decision making.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Executive.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles within microfinance banks, loan companies, or similar institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with Sage or other accounting applications.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
