Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• Tusen Consulting Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage traditional and digital financial operations.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in standard accounting practices and be comfortable navigating the nuances of crypto assets and blockchain-based transactions.

Responsibilities
General Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets
• Ensure compliance with FIRS/GAAP standards

Compliance & Audits:

• Assist in regulatory reporting and financial audits
• Maintain documentation for internal and external audit readiness

Accounts Payable / Receivable:

• Oversee clients' payments and receivables
• Manage employee reimbursements and operational expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ICAN Certified)
• 3 - 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
