We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

• Deploy Applications to Linux, Windows Servers, and Containers.
• Setup and installation of required tools on the Window Servers, Linux, and Docker Containers.
• Quickly resolve system failures and troubleshooting of live support tickets.
• Occasional visits to the customer's premise to resolve technical issues and setup/integration of new services with the bank's CBA/FEP.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.

Requirements
We would love to meet someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with any scripting language (Powershell or Python) is an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with database, network administration or system administration IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.
• A working knowledge of docker containers and Linux machines is a nice-to-have.
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of containerization strategies.
• Experience with automation tools.
