Job Position: Assistant Sales Manager

Job Locations: Ibadan, Oyo and Lagos

Role Summary

• We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the construction sector.
• The ideal candidate is a Civil Engineer or Builder with strong industry knowledge and an established professional network.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
• 4 - 5 years of experience in building materials sales
• Member of NSE or NIOB
• Age between 27 and 40 years
• Strong network of construction professionals in Lagos and Ibadan
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently
• Passion for selling, customer engagement, and revenue generation
• Ability to leverage technical background to influence buying decisions
