BOLT TENSION TECHNICIAN

Our company Radmax Nigeria Limited is recruiting for the below position

Job Title: BOLT TENSION TECHNICIAN

REQUIREMENT

• Must be able to read and write, and be able to understand P & ID, Isometric & engineering drawings
• Be able to use hand tools, drilling machine, impact wrench, bolt torque & tensioning tool, etc. aware of plant and equipment
• Must be familiar with bolt torque & tensioning chart and norms
• Must be familiar with the maintenance of heat exchanger, vessels, column, tank, heater, boiler, reactor, bolt tensioning, spading\de-spading, valve removal & installation, various type of gasket, etc. for project & shutdown.
• Must be aware and able to implement HSE policies
• Must be experienced in hot bolting techniques
• Must have 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
