Job Position: Business Manager / General Manager

Job Location: Gowon Estate - Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and approve expenditures.
• Manage overall hotel daily operations.
• Prepare and manage schedules and shifts.
• Develop and communicate standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Build relationships with vendors by being a good customer and maintaining good communication.
• Handling customer complaints and queries.
• Manages and tracks hotel inventory by analyzing inventory figures and reports.
• Supervising food and beverage services.
• Planning marketing campaigns.
