Job Description

  • Develop strong ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Study the company’s target market and identify avenues to generate new leads
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer relationship problems
  • Discover and analyze potential discrepancies with current products, service and pricing
  • Create, plan and deliver presentations on the company’s products and services
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts
  • Tracks industry market news and trends
