Job Summary

• As the CEO, responsible for crafting and executing the company’s vision, leading strategic initiatives, and achieving top-line growth. 
• The ideal candidate brings a data-driven mindset emphasizing customer-centric leadership, commercial innovation, and sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap to increase revenue growth, gross/net profit margins, and return on investment.
• Develop scalable business models that improve customer acquisition cost and lifetime value.
• Lead corporate development efforts, including new market entry, partnerships, and product expansion.
• Oversee brand strategy, market positioning, and sales performance to ensure optimal earnings.
• Represent the company externally with integrity, building influence across government, industry, and international partners.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent Advanced Degree in Business, Strategy, or Finance.
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven record of revenue and profit growth through operational and market leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial performance indicators and strategic KPIs.
• Visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset and stakeholder management expertise.

Salary
N1,200,000 monthly plus executive package.
