Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Ariaria, Abia
Responsibilities

• To supervise, mentor and drive a team of relationship managers, and render period.
• Daily report to head office.
• Drive membership and product penetration in Ariaria Market including deposit mobilization and loans.
• Must be willing to undergo training on MTN SAAS software.

Qualification and Experience
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A good first Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or Administration.
• At least 3-4 years Marketing experience acquired from a commercial bank, Insurance, or other relevant institutions.
• Knowledge of Aba market and Ariaria in particular is very important.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive performance for position
• Computer literacy is required
