Job Position: Chief Talent Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Chief Talent Officer will be critical to this drive, based at the headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

The CTO will be:

• A world class people strategist and leader
• With outstanding knowledge and track record across the whole human resources/talent/people function
• As a leader of HR leaders, their reputation and skill set must command respect, and provide a sure source of support and insight for their team
• Able to mix it at the group exco level, providing the expertise on people, but grounding it within commercial flair.

Requirements
Previously, the CTO will have:

• Led the people function at a global or regional level
• For a major employer with a large headcount and footprint
• In a multi-level or matrix reporting environment

Essentially, we are looking for an eyebrow-raising, intake-of-breath-inducing profile; someone whose arrival in the organisation will be a catalyst in the transformation from big name brand to gamechanging beacon business.
