Job Position: Collection Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND or NCE qualification with 0 - 3 years of work experience.
• The ideal candidate must also have a good communication and negotiating skills.
• Must be diligent and must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly
• Meet weekly and monthly targets
• Must have an Android phone
• The Ideal candidate should be experienced and understand how to manage clients.
• Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts
• Send messages to customer
• Guide customers through the payment process
• Give proper and correct report of work.
