We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Cost Control Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Tasks

• Checking of Stock on Hand
• Production
• Waste control and management report
• Inventory Count
• Sales Report
• Inventory and production papers
• Requisition Checking
• Transfers (intersection)
• Production
• Inputing on mymicros
• Invoice Receiving from suppliers
• Transfers form main store to sections and intersection transfers.
• Variancen extraction and Justifications
• Cost of Food Percentage Tracking
• Recipe Creation/ Adjustment
• Input of invoices in validation with MRN
• Transfer from Mainstore drinks to indoor and outdoor
• Production

Person Specifications

• Experience working in an international hotels like Radison Blu, Southern Sun, Protea and Fine Dine Restaurants etc is highly desired
• Must have a minimum of national diploma, ATS or BSc in relevant courses like Accounting, Economics, Banking and Finance, Statistics etc.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience as a Sou Chef or Head Chef
• Must be computer literate with ability to use excel proficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good Interpersonal skills.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
