We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Location: Lagos

Description 

• Liaising with customers on behalf of the Company
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions,comments and complaints
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests

Requirements

• Possess good digital/social media skills to engage customers
• 1 or 2 years of experience
• Proximity to Yaba axis is essential
