Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solution.
• Keeps records of customer interaction, process customers account and file documents
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's Degree or HSDG.
