Altara Credit, an Ibadan based appliance and electronics retailer, is recruiting for suitably qualified candidates for the entry-level role below:

Job Position:  Customer Outreach Agent
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Main Responsibilities 

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, building rapport, providing technical information and product presentation
• Expedite the resolution of customers problem and complaints
• Report to the customer outreach lead on sales, also providing feedback about outreach activities on a daily basis
• Analyse the territory/market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization

Qualification

• Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.

Remuneration
Successful candidates will be entitled to a basic salary of N30,000 monthly plus good Commission.
