A new social Event Facility company comprising of multiple Halls and an Executive Bar situated along NNPC Road, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area in Lagos Mainland is looking for interested and qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Marketing the facility to enhance sale
• To keep record of all transactions
• To showcase the amenities in the facility to prospective customers
• To answer phone calls and enquiries about the facility
• To oversee set-up, execution and clean-up of events
• To monitor movements within the facility to safeguard during events

Qualifications & Requirements

• NCE / OND in Business Administration or Marketing
• 2 or more years of experience in an office environment Knowledge of use of social media like Facebook and Instagram Superior oral and written communication skill
• Pleasant and approachable interpersonal skill
• Computer literacy
