Job Position: Customer Service Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Attending to all platform orders, documenting orders report.
• Understand how to attend to online orders and maintaining high profile with the company customer and policy.
• Good communication skills is an advantage.
• Ready to work without supervision.
• Accountable for product sales, working with kitchen staff reporting to the OPM and MD.
• Getting new customer to our brand and maintain good record with our existing customers.
• Dependable and very reliable

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 - 4 years of experience or more
