Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in company systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about product details, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
