Job Position: Customer Service Relation
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Depending on your experience, performance and your results in terms of deliverables. We are on the hunt for a dedicated and qualified customer service representative to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 8 years of work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 monthly.
