Job Description

• As a Customer Service Representative, the candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and physically in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND.
• 1 - 3 years of work experiencein a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
