Details

• A customer service officer manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.

Qualifications and Experience

• Interested candidates should possess an OND with at least 1 year work experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Salary
NGN70,000 - 100,000 / Month.
