We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Respond to customer inquiries physically,via phone, email or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and inquiries in our CRM system.
• Stay knowledgeable about products/services, pricing and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Collect, monitor, Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, and professionalism and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
• Participate in review meetings to identify and track opportunities for improving client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes; customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and customer satisfaction of the company and work with the team to strategically execute main goals which is growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
• Assist in recommendations to customers offline and online to enable them achieve their desired goal.
• Uphold our company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field with 1 - 2 years of work experience. 
• Proven Experience as a customer service representative
• Pay strong attention to details; no minute detail is lost.
• You always work to get the best end of the deal. Life for you is a win-win.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Strong problem- solving and decision-making abilities
• Selling is not your problem; you can sell ice to Eskimo.
• You are willing to research and acquire knowledge; you know your job well and can generate results.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite

Salary
N100,000 - N110,000 monthly.
