Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Women's Fashion Retail Store)
Job Location: Allen - Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are currently seeking, highly cool-headed, fast-learner, smart and intelligent individuals who reside within the Ikeja, Agidingbi, Ogba, Ojota & Oregun axis for the Customer Service / Representative position.
• This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Attending to customer inquiries ONLINE i.e Instagram and Whatsapp
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch and delivery
• Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc certification
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Be highly patient to handle the influx of customer inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Be smart and a fast learner.
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work in a really fast-paced Women's Fashion Retail environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail.

Remuneration

• N50,000 Monthly.
