Job Position: Customer Service / Sales Representative

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are currently seeking smart and intelligent individuals who reside within the Yaba, Ojuelegba, or Surulere axis for the Customer Service / Sales Representative position.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to customer inquiries
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch and delivery
  • Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc certification
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work in a really fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail.

Salary
N45,000 - N60,000 / Month (depending on experience).
